From both the BlackBerry ("MENU" key) and the Apple iPhone/iPod touch (via the menu pop-up icon in the upper left corner of the screen) you can:

· "Get My Google Data...": access your Google account to download any content you have created in Google Documents and also those documents that have been shared with you.

· "Search gWhiz Catalog...": search our gWhiz Catalog for content of interest.

 

· "Delete Selection" or "Delete from Library": deletes selected content from the device.  On the iPhone, you can also move your finger left and right on a cardset to reveal the delete option.

· "Clear My Google Login": clears your login/password information from the application.  You will need to re-enter this information to access Google in the future.

 

· "Show Help...": will take you to web based instructions for using the application.  On the iPhone/iPod touch, this is accessed by pressing the "i" icon in the upper right hand corner and then select the "Help" url that appears on this page.

 

On the BlackBerry you can also:

· "Load from File": imports content files downloaded via the BlackBerry Desktop Manager

· "Email Reference...": (gRef) or "Email Flashcards..." (gFlash+): allows you to email content to a friend.

· "Hide/Show List Detail": lists only the title of the flashcards or reference guide vs. both the title and description.

· "View Set Info...": displays description and author information if provided in the content -info worksheet.

· "View Set As Flashcards": (gRef) or "View Set as Reference" (gFlash+): adds the content to the alternate application's mainscreen if both were downloaded together as part of the gWhiz suite.

· "Sort List...": rearranges the list of available content alphabetically or the order in which they were loaded (default).  Score is available in gFlash+.
